Introducing Right Hand — by SaarthiOS

214 emails in. 3 actions done.

The AI chief of staff for every desk in your company. It decides, delegates, and gets it done.

Signal → Decision → Task → Done · One private deployment per company

Action desk Tue 14 Oct · 07:30 IST
Illustration: Right Hand reads 214 incoming emails, groups them into 17 matters, and turns them into 3 actions: you sign off, it assigns the owner and gets the work done. New mail joins the matter it belongs to. However much arrives, it ends as a few actions — assigned, tracked and done.

The idea

Your attention should scale with situations. Not with email.

Matters, not messages

One vendor payment argued over eleven emails is one matter. Right Hand reasons at that level — what changed, what is asked, what is due.

Your precedent first

Before any general rule, it checks how you handled the same thing last time — and tells you so on the card.

From inbox to done

Every action becomes a task with an owner, tracked until it is done. Portal work goes to the browser agent, which stops for your approval before anything is submitted or paid.

How it works

From inbox to done.

Mail is only the signal. Right Hand turns it into a decision, the decision into a task with an owner, and the task into finished work — then learns from how it turned out.

How it thinks

Three agents. One order of judgement.

Right Hand learns how you work, reads every new email for what actually changed, and only then decides what reaches you. Its order is fixed: your precedent first, then your role, then a general management lens.

  1. 01 · On onboarding

    Profiler

Reads 100–500 of your past emails to learn your remit, your people, your counterparties — and how you have decided things before. That history becomes your precedent.

It doesn’t stop at the decision. It gets it done.

The browser agent is a Chrome extension that works where the work actually happens — vendor portals, ERPs, GST and bank sites. It fills in details from mail, shows and logs every step, and stops for your approval before anything is submitted or paid.

Desk types

One leader, one function, or the whole leadership team.

A desk is where matters land. Each desk is walled: it sees only the mailboxes it is given, and only its members can open it.

01 · For one leader: CEO, CFO, MD, founder

Person desk

Your own mailbox, read by your own Right Hand. It brings up the few things that need you, hands the rest to your people, and keeps the desk private to you.

Connects
Your mailbox on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. You sign in yourself; access is read-only.
Who sees it
Only you. Not your team, not IT, not SaarthiOS.
What lands
A brief by 07:30, the matters that need your call, and a suggested owner for everything else.
Setup
Sign in, add your company details, done. If your company requires it, IT approves once.
Connect your mailbox

02 · For a team: compliance, tax, AP, procurement

Function desk

One desk over the team’s shared mailboxes, across every legal entity in the group. Each matter is tagged to its entity, has a named owner, and stays on the desk when people move on.

Connects
Shared mailboxes such as compliance@, secretarial@ and tax@, connected once with your IT team, read-only.
Who sees it
Only the people on the desk. Add or remove members as the team changes.
What lands
One tracker of every open matter: entity, owner, due date, status. New tasks go to whoever handled the last ones like them.
Setup
Choose the mailboxes and entities, add members. IT approves the shared mailboxes once.
Request a function desk

03 · For the CXO bench

Leadership team

Every leader gets a private desk on one company deployment. One setup, one IT approval, and walls between desks that no setting can open.

Connects
Each leader signs in with their own mailbox. One IT approval covers everyone on the company domain.
Who sees it
Each leader sees only their own desk. The CEO can’t open the CFO’s.
Where it runs
acme.saarthios.online: your own cloud project and your own data, never shared with other clients.
Grows with you
Start with one leader and add the rest on the same deployment. A leader can also sit on a function desk, like the CFO on Finance.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

Something else? Write to hello@saarthios.com. The security page has more for IT.

What does Right Hand actually do?

It reads the mail flowing through a desk, groups it into matters, and works out the action each one needs — deciding with your precedent and showing its reasons. Each action becomes a task with an owner; Right Hand keeps the tracker current and, through its browser agent (in preview), does the portal work itself, stopping for your approval before anything is submitted or paid.

Which teams is it for?

Every desk that runs on mail: leadership, finance, compliance, operations, quality, procurement, HR, legal and the plant. Each person or function gets its own desk; leaders get separate private desks on the same company deployment.

Does it act on its own?

It decides, ranks and creates tasks for you. Execution on web portals is handled by the browser agent, a Chrome extension that is in private preview. It shows every step, logs what it did, and stops for your approval before anything is submitted or paid.

How does it know what matters to me?

On onboarding it reads 100–500 of your past emails to learn your remit, your people, your counterparties and how you have decided things before. Your own precedent comes first, then your role, then a general management lens. Marking outcomes improves it over time.

Where does our data live? Is it shared with other clients?

Each client gets its own deployment in its own cloud project, served at <client>.saarthios.online. Data is never pooled across clients.

What does our IT team need to do?

Your company may need to allow SaarthiOS once: a one-time admin approval on Microsoft 365, or marking SaarthiOS as trusted in the Google Admin console. IT can also limit access to named users. The security page has the details for IT.

Does it work with Gmail or Google Workspace?

Microsoft 365 work and school accounts and Google Workspace are supported today. Personal Outlook.com and Gmail accounts are not supported.

How long before it is useful?

After you connect, Right Hand processes your past mail for a few days to learn your remit and precedent. You then receive a “Your Right Hand is ready” email with your deployment URL, login email and a temporary password.

Is it only for Indian companies?

No. It is built in India and understands GST, TDS, MSME timelines, SEBI filings and multi-entity groups out of the box, but the reasoning is domain-agnostic.

Get your Right Hand.

One Right Hand for every desk. Decides, delegates, gets it done — with you approving what matters. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
